RETURN POLICY

Upon arrival of your merchandise please check for damage, shall the merchandise be damage we will be happy to exchange your item. Please note if you are to exchange your merchandise, the new product may not match the existing order as all wood grains are different, canvas painting will be the same, all artwork is done by hand, and all wood is hand selected. If you are not happy with your product we will except a return, please be aware shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You will have 2 days to cancel orders. Any orders canceled after merchandise has been shipped, purchaser will be responsible for all shipping cost.

SPECIAL ORDER POLICY

All special order will be considered. Please note that some special orders can take up to a month to complete, this will depend on size, type of wood required and cure times. You will receive updates on your order via email or text during the process from start to finish, as it is very important to us to keep our customers happy. If we do not receive a response back, we will stop work until we hear back from you, this will hold up your order, so please respond ASAP.

All special orders must be paid in full, prior to production. If an order is cancelled, 50% of the payment will be forfeited.

No returns will be accepted for special orders.
